Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead end‑to‑end health cloud solutions for large healthcare clients. You will own the technical strategy, ensure secure, compliant delivery, and guide multi‑shore teams across architecture, development, and operations.

Responsibilities include designing data models, integrations, and governance, while delivering scalable health IT platforms. Strong leadership and DevOps experience required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Health Cloud architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance in healthcare IT.
• Leadership of multi‑shore Salesforce teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large, enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Own overall Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/PHI).
• Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Hands‑on leadership with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and standards such as FHIR and HL7.
• Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle—requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Review and approve high‑level and low‑level technical designs, ensuring alignment with EA standards.
• Lead and mentor multi‑shore Salesforce teams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
• Collaborate with program managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive innovation and platform evolution with PoCs and new Health Cloud features.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large, enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Own overall Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/PHI).
• Deep expertise in Health Cloud features, including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management. Strong leadership in translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership on Health Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Hands‑on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management.
• Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle—requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Review and approve high‑level and low‑level technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure adoption of Salesforce best practices, governor limit optimization, performance tuning, and code quality standards.
• Provide technical governance, conduct design/code reviews, and manage architectural risks and technical debt.
• Lead and mentor multi‑shore Salesforce teams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
• Guide teams on Salesforce security model, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance needs.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Collaborate closely with program managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including PoCs, adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud features, and platform enhancements.
• Participate in roadmap planning, release strategy, and long‑term platform evolution discussions.
• Strong experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile environments, supporting sprint planning and release management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
