OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking an Associate in People Experience & Operations to provide timely HR support to employees, leaders, and HR partners across inquiries and Workday transactions. The Associate, People Experience & Operations is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to employees, leaders, and HR partners across a broad range of HR inquiries, transactions, and processes. The role serves as a first point of contact for operational support, maintains employee data integrity, supports audits and reporting activities, contributes to process improvements and supports the delivery of key HR initiatives and annual programs.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
