From your first interaction with us, you'll notice we're different. By working here you won't just implement solutions for our clients; you'll be helping to architect the future of leadership in the age of generative AI. And we'll be honest – this is not for everyone. But for those with an insatiable desire to work fast on complex, unsolved challenges with some of the best talent in tech, this could be the career-defining opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Role

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enabling our team's success through exceptional operational and administrative support. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities across People & Ops working closely with our leaders. This high-impact role requires you to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, driven by a service mindset and experience in fast-paced environments. Your responsibilities will span the entire organization - from coordinating onboarding processes to supporting accounting work and special projects. You'll be essential in maintaining the operational excellence that allows our leadership team to focus on scaling the business.

About Valence

We're a Series A B2B SaaS company, backed by Insight Partners, that's pioneering the first generative AI leadership coach for large enterprises. Our mission is to transform how the world's biggest companies approach learning and development, helping teams work better together. We've been featured in Harvard Business Review, and our client list reads like a Who's Who of global business, including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, General Mills, ServiceNow, AstraZeneca, Prudential, Citi, CVS and Bristol Myers Squibb.

What You'll Do
  • Drive administrative excellence by supporting team members with travel, calendars, expenses, and general administrative needs.
  • Support financial, legal, accounting compliance operations spanning documentation, contracting, client communications and data entry.
  • Support office management and initiatives including team events, office supplies, and co-working space arrangements.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding/off-boarding processes, benefits administration and team requests.
  • Execute special projects such as contract organization, credit card reconciliation, and software subscription management.
  • Provide dedicated support for logistics, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks for the Operations team.
  • Maintain and optimize operational tech stack.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in Operations, Administration or in a similar high-touch support role.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and service-oriented mindset.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality of work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a scaling organization.
  • Experience with HR/recruiting tools and general tech stack.
What You'll Get
  • Ownership of critical operational processes regardless of seniority.
  • Strong ties to the executive team, a culture of transparency and engagement with strategic decisions.
  • Options from day one, which means you will be on the ownership track right away.
  • Competitive salary and equity packages.
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) from day 1.
  • Provision of anything you need to be successful - learning tools, hardware, office equipment, software.
  • Generous PTO, company-wide R&R shutdowns and paid leave for parents.
  • A WFH stipend, phone stipend and support to work in an office as needed.
