Location
This is a remote position. You may work from anywhere in Canada, or hybrid if based in Ottawa at our Kanata office.

About The Team
The Talent Operations Associate supports the recruitment process by optimizing workflows, maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and providing operational support to hiring teams to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What you will do

• Analyze and improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain accurate talent acquisition data and generate performance reports.
• Manage recruitment systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards by maintaining proper documentation.
• Train hiring teams on systems and processes, sharing updates on new features.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, conduct audits, and suggest process improvements.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment coordination, or HR.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools, preferably iCIMS.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation best practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, global environments is a plus.
