Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Organize tasks between CSRs to ensure a balanced workload among the team.
  • Act as a liaison between team members.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Customer Service, with the selection, training, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse employees.
  • Support employee engagement strategies and facilitate their execution.
  • Track and monitor daily attendance and overtime; assist with staff vacation scheduling.
  • Review call audits and provide feedback to CSRs as needed.
  • Assist in system testing during onboarding of new clients or programs.
  • Make suggestions to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, to improve customer service operations.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and participate in client meetings as required.
  • Prepare and issue monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor daily workload to ensure adherence to KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and management to resolve issues.
  • Motivate and direct team members.
  • Willingness to work extended hours to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist with various scheduled and unscheduled projects in the department.
  • Adhere to all procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements :

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse customer service role.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and work ethic.
  • Customer-focused and proactive.
  • Self-starter, organized, and efficient.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and order entry systems.
