We are looking for a dedicated associate to work as part of our supportive and collegial team, who will handle their own files and assist senior lawyers on larger files. Interested candidates should have 3-8 years of experience in the area of insurance defence litigation.

Job Requirements:

• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including pleadings, forms, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

• Be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Have 3-8 years of experience in insurance defence litigation.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks.
• Have experience with Microsoft Office and legal software programs.
