Job summary

Nomic is hiring for an Associate on the Profiling Development team. You will execute profiling workflows, validate protocols, and help deploy scalable processes across biology, engineering, and data functions.

You will collaborate with scientists and cross-functional partners, contributing to robust, reproducible workflows and data quality, while supporting day-to-day lab operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in biotechnology or related field with hands-on lab exposure.
• Experience with standard profiling methods and data handling.
• Excellent documentation and data recording practices.
• Comfortable working autonomously and with teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and validate profiling workflows, documenting results.
• Contribute to development and troubleshooting using established metrics.
• Support deployment of new workflows and update SOPs and records.
• Assist in lab operations, reagent prep, instrument readiness and coordination.
