Job summary

Nomic is seeking an Associate, Profiling Development in Montreal to join our team. You will plan, execute and validate profiling workflows, coordinating experiments and generating well-documented data to support protocol updates.

You’ll work at the interface of biology, engineering and data, collaborating with Automation, Data, Software and Operations teams. The role requires a MSc in biotech with 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience and strong communication to document your work clearly.

Qualifications

• MSc in a biotechnology-related field or equivalent with 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience.
• Familiarity with common biotech techniques such as ELISA, flow cytometry, bead-based assays, bio-conjugation & purification, spectroscopy, microscopy, PCR, or cell culture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document work clearly and completely.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Automation or multi-color flow cytometry experience.
