What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure Net Asset Value (NAV) is accurate by diving deep into expenses, P&L, and reconciliations
- Master the flow of all capital activity for alternative funds, ensuring precision in new investments and withdrawals
- Provide clear answers to client inquiries and create ad-hoc reports to enhance client understanding of their portfolios
- Collaborate with diverse teams across the employer to maintain pristine client data and flag any issues
- Help build process improvements and leverage AI to enhance service efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a fund management or administration company with expertise in NAV calculations, tax, and audit preparation
- Proficiency in managing orders, distributions, and capital calls
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with programming (especially SQL) or industry qualifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing large datasets under tight deadlines
- Passion for fintech and alternative investments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management and process improvement
- Knowledge of trade reviews, positions, and bank reconciliations
