Job summary

Kautex is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our Windsor, Canada team. You will support compliance activities, manage quality and environment documentation, and assist with month-end close and costing for new products.

You will work with the Controller on month-end packages and ensure timely payable processing and accurate purchase ledgers. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential, along with clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the compliance handbook and supporting compliance activity.
• Experience supporting quality and environment systems documentation.
• Ability to assist with month-end close processes and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity.
• Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems.
• Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities.
• Coordinate the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process.
• Assist Program Mgt. in costing of new products/programs.
• Assist Controller in Month-end packages.
• Process all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility.
• Ensure that purchase ledgers are administered efficiently and accurately with all payments being made on time.
