Job summary

Mondelez International in Canada is seeking a Process Development Engineer to lead process design and deployment for innovations and productivity initiatives. You will work within a cross-functional team and coordinate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing to ensure consumer-centric solutions.

Travel up to 30% across Canada, Mexico, US and Turkey is required. A Bachelors in Food Science or related Engineering, plus 3+ years in R&D/product & process development, is needed, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
  • Experience working in teams and independently with guidance.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written technical communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Process Design and Process Deployment activities across geographies.
  • Plan and conduct process development activities including design, scale-up and commissioning.
