About the Team
We seek a talented Associate Director, Sales Data & Strategy to join our Sales Organization, specifically within the Sales Strategy & Planning team. This role requires expertise in Data governance, CRM systems, and Process optimization to enable strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in B2B SaaS environments to lead initiatives that improve data quality and system functionality.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Planning, the Associate Director will drive the efficiency of our sales data and systems. You will lead efforts to improve CRM data integrity, streamline data processes, and provide insights supporting our Commercial organization, including Senior Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance Teams.
