About the Team

We seek a talented Associate Director, Sales Data & Strategy to join our Sales Organization, specifically within the Sales Strategy & Planning team. This role requires expertise in Data governance, CRM systems, and Process optimization to enable strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in B2B SaaS environments to lead initiatives that improve data quality and system functionality.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Planning, the Associate Director will drive the efficiency of our sales data and systems. You will lead efforts to improve CRM data integrity, streamline data processes, and provide insights supporting our Commercial organization, including Senior Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance Teams.

  • Develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and controls for CRM data integrity.
  • Conduct audits and data cleansing to maintain high data quality.
  • Resolve day-to-day data issues promptly as the primary contact.
  • Collaborate with Technology, CRM Ops, and other teams to troubleshoot data challenges.
  • Evaluate and optimize CRM systems and processes for better data management.
  • Implement automation to streamline data entry and reduce errors.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and guidelines.
  • Train users on best practices and compliance with data policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align data strategies with business needs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to support organizational goals.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and system performance.
  • Use analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead change management for new data systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in data management.
