You will lead the full financial planning cycle for Novo Canada and the commercial terms that connect our products to customers.
You will join Finance & Operations at Novo Canada as a member of the Finance & Operations Leadership Team. You will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team, which you will help shape and grow. Your closest partners will be the President, the CFO and the Executive Team. You will bring a financial perspective to the commercial teams, joining their management meetings, and support Line of Business colleagues with managing investments, month-end closing and training on financial processes. You will also work with regional finance, headquarters, the Pricing Committee and colleagues in other affiliates, and directly with buyers at key wholesalers. These relationships let you turn numbers into clear, timely decisions.

Salary: For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from $159,230.00 - $209,230.00
Incentives: Based on the role's level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
