This role leads the hospital-side planning, assessment and coordination of Foundation Relations processes that connect institutional priorities, fundraising opportunities, donor intent, granting decisions and funded deliverables across SickKids, the Research Institute, Learning Institute and SickKids Foundation. Working at the intersection of strategy, philanthropy and impact, the role helps assess philanthropic opportunities, develop decision-ready recommendations, support donor-funded initiatives, and ensure commitments are aligned, tracked, communicated and fulfilled.
As a key resource within Foundation Relations, the successful candidate will work closely with leaders and partners across the Hospital and Foundation to strengthen alignment, clarify roles and responsibilities, support effective decision-making, and advance shared priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.
