ATB Financial is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Real Estate to lead risk oversight, analyze credit and portfolio health, and collaborate with the Sales Director to meet client needs while driving profitable growth.
You will manage senior debt relationships, coordinate with credit risk and internal teams, and mentor the Sales Team to maintain high credit quality and exceptional client service across our Alberta and Western Canada markets.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for risk oversight and portfolio health while maintaining strong client relationships and will act as a key part of the Sales Team to identify revenue opportunities, take leadership, and collaborate across multiple internal teams, including ATB’s credit risk department to meet client needs and ensure flawless execution. You will work closely with the Sales Director to anticipate and respond to clients needs and are key in cultivating those relationships.
