SLC Management is a growing global asset manager dedicated to delivering innovative investment solutions for institutional clients. The role of Associate Director, Client Data & Analytics, leads high‑quality client reporting, sustainability reporting, and data governance across the organization.

You will oversee reporting processes, drive improvements, and partner with investment teams, operations, and technology to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely analytics delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in client reporting, investment operations, analytics, data management, or financial services.
• Experience managing complex reporting processes and delivering executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and governance of recurring client reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate sustainability and ESG reporting processes across portfolios.
• Establish data quality standards and governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and lead automation initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders and client relationship managers.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in reporting and analytics.
