Job summary

PSP Investments is seeking a (Senior) Analyst, Sustainability & Climate to advance the SCI group’s efforts. You will support climate risk assessment, data-driven sustainability integration, and collaboration across asset classes while engaging with portfolio companies and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, AI-enabled workflows, and policy development, with a hybrid work model and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in sustainability, climate, finance, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis on emerging factors to support integration in PSP Investments' investment and monitoring activities across asset classes.
• Support sustainability assessment and monitoring of external managers and general partners.
• Assist in implementing and scaling PSP’s climate risk framework, including identification and monitoring of physical and transition risks.
• Contribute to designing and improving sustainability and climate integration workflows and AI-enabled processes.
• Develop quantitative approaches (data analysis, modelling, scenario analysis) to enhance sustainability integration across asset classes.
• Support internal tools, datasets, and analytical frameworks for sustainability and climate performance.
• Engage with portfolio companies, GPs, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of sustainability practices.
• Contribute to sustainability and climate policies and reporting aligned with PSP’s strategy.
• Conduct research on regulatory developments and best practices in institutional investing.
