Job summary

Loblaw Digital, based in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a non-payroll contractor to support the PC Optimum digital team on campaigns and content launches for the app and web.

You will collaborate with the Digital Experience Strategy, Design, Copy, Marketing, and Product to deliver timely, high‑quality digital campaigns and manage briefs and assets. This is a 3‑month assignment with remote work and one day per week onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and launch of PC Optimum campaigns on the PCO app and web.
  • Lead end-to-end QA for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for briefs, assets, and launch requirements.
  • Prepare digital assets with designers and copywriters.
  • Assist in deploying digital assets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and raise bugs with Product and Tech teams to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Design, and Product teams.

Why is this role important?

*Note: This is a non-payroll contractor opportunity.

Duration: 3 months (Dec 31, 2026)

Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $27.00 hourly

Remote based; ability to attend meetings onsite one day per week

The Associate will support the PC Optimum digital team, contributing to the digital loyalty experience with the goal of making it so seamless & enjoyable that every Canadian will want to experience it. As an associate, you will collaborate with the Digital Experience Strategy, Design, Copy, Marketing, and Product teams to successfully support the launch of key campaigns and initiatives that will reach millions of Canadians on a weekly basis. This role will also provide project management support working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content launches accurately and on time.

What you’ll do
  • Support the successful planning and launch of key PC Optimum campaigns and initiatives on the PCO app and web experience
  • Lead the end-to-end QA process for campaigns
  • Work directly with stakeholders on collecting briefs, supporting materials, and administrative maintenance required for a clear and concise launch process
  • Work with designers and copywriters in order to prepare digital assets
  • Support the deployment of digital assets
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, and that they meet requirements
  • Identify and raise bugs of new features with the Product and Tech teams for intake and consideration to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Operations, Design, and Product teams
