What will you work on?
This is a fixed term 12-month contract opportunity. As Associate Counsel, you will provide expert counsel in the areas of commercial law, licensing and intellectual property, including the review, negotiation, and management of various types of agreements and transactions (including customer/vendor, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain and licensing agreements) as well as assisting and advising on legal issues that arise for the assigned business units on a day to day and project-specific basis.
