Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant property management experience, ideally in commercial real estate.
• Must be licensed in property management or eligible to obtain license.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and tenants with problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of property management for a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Handle property operations, tenant requirements, operating costs, service contracts and project supervision.
• Assist in lease administration, enforcement, and portfolio leasing programs.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reforecasting and client reporting in collaboration with administration and accounting.
• Support Senior Property Manager in maintaining tenant relationships and achieving KPI targets.
