Job Description
The Associate will support daily administration and financial reporting for our Private Equity and Real Assets clients. Key tasks include:

• Review financial data from Real Estate or Private Equity clients and input into internal systems.
• Assist in setting up, preparing, and reviewing consolidations across investment structures.
• Process fund expense payments via banking systems.
• Book journal entries for cash payments and accruals.
• Prepare reconciliations of investments and cash with third parties.
• Calculate and notify capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare fee schedules, including management fees and carried interest, adhering to fund documents.
• Ensure accurate booking of capital transactions and correct P&L allocation during NAV cycles.
• Compile NAV packages and other deliverables per SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, auditors, and property managers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in fund administration or audit; Private Equity or Real Assets experience is preferred. Familiarity with Yardi or Investran is a plus.
