The Associate will support the day-to-day administration and financial reporting for our Private Equity and Real Assets clients. Key responsibilities include:

1. Review financial data from Real Estate or Private Equity clients and input into internal accounting systems.
2. Assist with setting up, preparing, and reviewing consolidations through the investment structure using various rules.
3. Process fund expense payments in banking systems.
4. Book journal entries related to cash payments and accruals.
5. Prepare third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
6. Calculate and notify capital calls and distributions.
7. Prepare fee schedules, including management fees and carried interest calculations, in accordance with fund documents.
8. Ensure accurate booking of capital transactions and correct P&L allocation during NAV cycles.
9. Compile NAV packages and other deliverables as per SLAs.
10. Collaborate with clients, banks, auditors, and property managers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications include demonstrable experience in fund administration or auditing, with a preference for Private Equity or Real Assets experience. Experience with Yardi or Investran is a plus.
