IBM is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to drive large-scale change and contribute to ongoing transformation. This role involves business analysis, stakeholder management, and supporting clients in the banking and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in managing business requirements, ensuring industry-leading solutions.

Utilize your experience in Business Analysis to plan, gather, elicit, design, organize, and manage business requirements, providing industry-leading solutions for our clients. Experience in banking, financial services, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Understanding of the lending lifecycle or knowledge of Business Analysis is beneficial.
Support the development of business requirements for banking or healthcare systems.
Assist clients in identifying current product offerings, understanding the product suite, and distinguishing between different offerings.
Experience in migration from legacy core systems to modernized cores is a plus.
Prior Business Analysis or relevant BA experience is required.
