Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and technical architecture is a plus.
  • Create overall application roadmap.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (business, applications, product modeling team) on timelines, dependencies, and plan interlocks.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing technical documents for legacy systems, assisting with system consolidation, and supporting business analysis in banking, healthcare, or financial services industries. Strong organizational skills, team collaboration, and excellent communication are essential.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Experience in business analysis, including gathering, eliciting, designing, organizing, and managing business requirements. Knowledge of banking, healthcare, or financial services industries, understanding of the lending lifecycle, and experience supporting system migrations are advantageous.
