Job description

Long & Robinson, LLC is a boutique construction litigation firm seeking an associate litigation attorney, preferably with at least two years of experience and licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

The candidate must be available to start immediately, work well in a team environment, have a basic understanding of the construction industry, excellent writing skills, some courtroom experience, be proficient at reviewing and utilizing electronically stored information, and a desire to gain experience in construction law quickly.

Long & Robinson, LLC offers a unique small firm atmosphere with plaintiff and defense work on a wide variety of cases, including:

1. Complex multi-party defect litigation
2. Mechanic's lien foreclosures
3. Bond/payment claims
4. Contract drafting and negotiation
5. Insurance coverage for commercial suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, owners, and Condominium Associations

The position is eligible for a performance bonus based on company and individual achievements.
