Job summary

Tecsys is a Canadian provider of cloud-based, AI‑driven supply chain software for healthcare and distribution. We are seeking an Implementation and Business Process–focused Associate to drive data collection, configuration, and business process definition with customer teams.

You will build on-site rapport, learn our Tecsys software, and develop consulting and supply chain expertise to deliver successful implementations while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Understanding supply management including financial transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid Canadian or American passport required.

Responsibilities

• Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution with the project team.
• Build on-site rapport with customers to guide their integration of the Tecsys software.
• Develop application knowledge, consulting acumen, and supply chain expertise to contribute to successful implementations.

What You’ll Do

As an Implementation and Business process-focused Associate in our Professional Services department, you’ll drive the data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution collaborating with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes. Teamwork is essential to what we do! You’ll build an on‑site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of the Tecsys software. We will train you and develop your application knowledge, consulting acumen, people skills, and supply chain expertise. You will develop to be a key contributor to a successful implementation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree - B Comm in Supply Chain, Accounting or equivalent
• Understanding supply management including the associated financial transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L) is a key ingredient for success in this role.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude
• Flexibility and self‑learning ability
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Due to the frequent travel involved in this role, a valid Canadian or American passport is required.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec.
