YOUR ROLE

The Associate Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Director of Planning and Allocation Projects, is responsible for analyzing and producing reports to provide insights that support business decisions. The role involves developing and maintaining regular reports and dashboards, as well as conducting ad hoc analysis. The analyst should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills to navigate large datasets.

• Develop and maintain regular reports to track retail performance metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Communicate findings with management and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Quick Sight (or similar platforms) to create visual dashboards for clear and impactful presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by managing database queries and validation processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Quick Sight.
• Knowledge of retail metrics and KPIs, especially in the fashion sector.
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
