Position Overview

At Thrive, IT is our core business, and ServiceNow is central to our digital platform and strategy. We utilize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to manage a CMDB for a thousand companies. We provide digital transformation for our customers starting with our portal and automating processes from the workplace into the cloud. Our roadmap includes the new Now Experience, mobile and chat, AI capabilities, and ongoing efforts to digitize repeatable work using code, flow, configuration, and integrations. Every ServiceNow team member has the opportunity to solve complex business, IT, and human challenges with ServiceNow’s extensive technical capabilities.

Qualifications
  • 0-2+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in:
    • ITSM
    • CSM
    • Domain Separation
    • ITOM
    • ITBM
    • CMDB
  • 0-2 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or experience with similar tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.
  • Basic understanding of form updates, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, etc.
  • Experience coordinating tasks and managing projects.
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and act as a liaison with developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL experience is a plus.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
  • Respectful and clear communication skills are essential.
  • A sense of self-awareness, capabilities, limitations, humor, and humility.
  • Relevant education that informs your decisions and opinions.
  • An appreciation for the fluidity of requirements, including those listed above.
