Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a healthcare aide for a local role in Kuujjuaq. This position is reserved for Inuit/JBNQA beneficiaries who reside in the community and requires providing basic care to users and supporting the dentist.

The successful candidate will translate conversations, assist with appointments, and perform related duties as requested by the dentist. Translation to Inuktitut will be available shortly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual spoken and written (Inuktitut/English or French).
• Ability to communicate and perform clerical duties.
• Mature, autonomous, responsible and motivated.
• Punctual and assiduous.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to the users and assist the dentist as needed.
• Translate conversations between caregivers and users; take care of the appointments.
• Perform any other related duties requested by the dentist.
