Our experience allows us to offer our clients tailored services and expertise in manufacturing, packaging and product development.*We are looking for a Warehouse Manager Assistant**Department: Logistics / Operations**Reporting To: Operations Manager**Location: 5183 General Rd , Mississauga**Job Type: Full time**Job Summary:*The Warehouse Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily shipping and receiving operations within the warehouse. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functions, including the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, accurate inventory control, and adherence to company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of assisting in leading a team to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Primary role will be shipping /receiving using computerized warehouse management system.* Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse operations.* Support inventory management, including stock control, cycle counts, and audits.* Help supervise warehouse staff, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity.* Aid in organizing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.* Ensure warehouse space is used efficiently and kept clean and safe.* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.* Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments.* Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.* Handle customer or internal inquiries related to warehouse matters.*Qualifications and Skills:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain education is a plus.* 1?3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).* Ability to lift heavy objects and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).* Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekAdditional pay:* Overtime payBenefits:* Casual dress* Extended health care* On-site parkingSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
