  • Manage a complex calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the President.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and coordinate priorities to support executive effectiveness.
  • Coordinate company events, corporate functions, and related logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.
  • Administer company vehicle records (insurance, registration, maintenance).
  • Process expense submissions and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain organized records and executive office operations.
