Jobless is seeking enthusiastic swim instructors to teach children using our Small Steps approach. You’ll run safe, high-energy lessons that build water confidence and real swimming skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Classes and Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach
• Building water confidence and real swimming skills
• Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons
• Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress
• Communicating with families professionally and warmly
• Creating a fun, positive learning environment
  
• Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly

Schedule

• Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Minimum availability of 2 days per week required (only required to work 1 day, but need 2 days of availability!)
