Orangetheory Fitness in Port Moody, BC is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to join our high-energy team. You’ll support the Studio Manager, build brand awareness, drive studio traffic, and deliver a best-in-class member experience each day.

You will greet guests with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept, lead intros through workouts, sell memberships, follow up with prospects, and keep the studio clean and organized while collaborating with trainers to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers.
• Manage front desk tasks, including phones and member communication.
• Generate traffic and leads for the studio.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Address members' concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.

In your role as Assistant Studio Manager, you will create brand awareness, fuel the “buzz”, and drive traffic in your studio’s community. As the Studio Manager’s right hand, you will get to know the ropes as well as know your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, balance each other’s strengths, and set goals and surpass them.

Here is more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Generate traffic and leads
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
