Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a retail team while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor and ensure the store supports the brand and achieves its goals.

As a leader, you will motivate the team, manage shifts, and create an environment where staff feel valued, grow, and work cohesively to meet targets and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience, plus one year of management experience.
• University degree/college diploma, especially in business/management, is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environment.
