Job summary

TELUS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Calgary to coach and develop a high-performing team on the sales floor, ensuring the store reflects the TELUS brand and delivers an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales, motivate staff, and maintain a welcoming, productive environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication and adaptability to meet changing customer needs, with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Polished communication, leadership and time management skills.

• Flexible to day/evening/weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with technology.
• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service with at least one year of management experience.
• University degree/college diploma in business/management is an asset.
