The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for assisting in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.
Minimum requirements:
The physical demands of the role include standing and walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
