Position: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role involves assisting in various tasks to ensure the overall operation of the store, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Guest Services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
2. Developing staff and managing team performance.
3. Controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing inventory and merchandising.
4. Assisting in store setup and teardown activities.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal hours.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
