Position: Assistant Store Manager at Spirit Halloween

This position is open to individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various responsibilities including staffing, store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for assisting in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining excellent Guest Services, staff development, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Age 18 or older
2. Flexible schedule
3. Prior retail management experience

Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
