Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and overseeing operations, including merchandising, backroom, frontline, and shipping.
• Attract, recruit, and mentor Associates, delivering comprehensive training and development.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes, and contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets while coordinating loss prevention and store efficiency.
