Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and losses.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model for a positive experience.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
