• 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and store operation capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills with customer complaints handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
