Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coaching staff to deliver great customer service.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta alcohol regulations and store policies.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving; review reports for accuracy.
