As an Assistant Store Manager , you will support the Store Manager in creating an inclusive team environment and driving store success. Your responsibilities include achieving sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, and staff development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI targets
• Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused staff
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain an inviting store environment
• Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven success in leading sales teams
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service
• Availability to work weekends and evenings

Salary : $39,000 - $47,000 (commensurate with experience)
