ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Call It Spring at CrossIron Mills in Alberta. You will be the Store Manager's right hand, leading by example to hit sales goals and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best.

When the Store Manager is away, you lead store operations, motivate the team, and maintain a store that feels distinctly ALDO. This role emphasizes fashion, teamwork, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
