Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand. You will lead by example, drive sales, and create a memorable store experience for every customer.

When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step in to ensure smooth operations, motivate the team, and maintain distinctive ALDO styling throughout the store. You’ll coach and support your team, reinforce loss prevention, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while delivering the brand’s fashion-forward

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with strong connection to people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
