Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will help lead a team, manage merchandising, and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
