Dollarama in Montreal is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals.

You will lead staff, assist with merchandising, handle cash duties, train employees, and ensure safety and visual standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
