We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations including merchandising, backroom, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. Foster a positive environment for Associates and customers.
  • Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales, expense, and customer service goals. Oversee loss prevention and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
  • Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention, with effective follow-through.
