StreetSide Edmonton is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction of multi-family homes and ensure design and quality standards are met, while enforcing health and safety regulations. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with trades and suppliers, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports.
A strong communicator with a proactive mindset is essential; the role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travels.

Reporting to the Director, Operations, as the Assistant Site Superintendent you will oversee on-site construction activities and assist in ensuring construction follows established design and quality. You also enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
You primarily work on-site during regular business hours. Work has exposure to noise from equipment/machinery and occupational hazards as well as dealing with inclement weather and dust. Travel to the regional office or other site locations is required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
