Job Summary

Assists Sr. Manager in providing direction to the staff managers in the efficient operation and maintenance while ensuring the facility is operating to optimize safety, security, and quality measures, productivity, and service expectations. Supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Four (4) years Business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
• The one (1) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.
• Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.
